New members of the Chiesi field force attend an intensive Initial Training Course (ITC) to equip them to do their job with confidence and professionalism. If in a field based sales role and new to the pharmaceutical industry Chiesi will provide all the support and guidance required to pass ABPI accreditation within the first two years of your career.
